Emily recently relocated to Fishers, Indiana from New York City, where she frequently performed with the New York Philharmonic as a substitute violinist and recorded for film and television. She has been a member of the Iris Collective, the Sarasota Opera Orchestra, and the New York Chamber Soloists. As a member of Ensemble Connect from 2010-2012, Emily performed regularly at Carnegie Hall and did community engagement work in public schools, hospitals, and penitentiaries. She holds degrees from Indiana University, The Juilliard School, and the Manhattan School of Music, studying with Miriam Fried, Robert Mann, and Sylvia Rosenberg. Emily is the mother of two children. Her husband, Kevin, is a brass repair technician at Paige’s Music. She enjoys hot yoga, coffee, and working puzzles.
