March 21 concert postponed to June 6
This event has been postponed, and moved to Saturday, June 6 at 7:30 PM. Your current tickets for the 3/21 performance will be honored on the new performance date, there is no need to exchange tickets. Holcomb announced additional steps the state will take to reduce the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Indiana. “Non-essential gatherings must be limited to no more than 250 people. This includes any event or gathering of people who are in one room or a single space at the same time, such as cafeterias, churches, stadiums, meeting and conference rooms, auditoriums and the like.” Additionally, Mayor Joe Hogsett and the Marion County Health Department announced local restrictions related to all non-essential gatherings effective for the next thirty (30) days.
With this, events at the Butler Arts & Events Center (of Butler University) are cancelled today through Sunday, April 12 and updates will be provided on an event-by-event basis as additional cancellations may take place. The Butler Arts & Events Center will work with its presenting partners on rescheduling upcoming performances and will provide more details to its patrons regarding each show as soon as possible. In the meantime, patrons should not visit the Butler Arts & Events Center venues including Clowes Memorial Hall, Schrott Center for the Arts, Shelton Auditorium, Lilly Hall Studio Theatre or Eidson-Duckwall Recital Hall until further notice.
We ask patrons to please be patient as there are many performances to be addressed.
